I lift weights a lot due to playing softball and it being part of our practices, plus the fact I play softball 6 days out of the week doesn't help. Anyways, back to the problem. My arms are starting to look bigger, but I want them to look toned. They look like they're just getting bulkier w/out much tone to them! Are there any supplements or pills I can take to help in getting them toned?
No supplements will help you get toned. But you could go to your local gym and ask for assistance to develop a series of weight lifting (free weights works well to tone specific areas on your arms) techniques.
