This might sound weird but, is there any excersises for the fingers and hands? I used to use this peice of work out equipment that there was a weight in front of you and you had to queese the bars together to work out the fingers. Let me know. Thanks.

I do aquatic exercises at the Y for my fingers and hands most every day. I don't know if you would find these beneficial, but here's how they're done, and you can do them as many times as you find comfortable.
Use your thumbs to touch the tip of each finger.
Use your thumb to touch the base of each finger.
Rotate your thumbs in circular motion about 20 times, and then reverse the rotation.
Open and close your hands/fist in a cat claw motion, reaching out in front of you.

Honi's excercise sound simple and inexpensive, but if you'd like to pay for some stuff, here are some devices that could help. You could find some of these in most places that have excercise stuff and be less expensive.
I've used the hand grips before and they give a good work. I've had a little squeeze ball before too, although much less expensive and worked fine. Definitely start with Honi's workout.
