I will exercise 3x week. We can start to see results in 6 weeks. I can start Sunday Feb 8th. That will give me time to get all the junk out of my house. (Oh I am so addicted to Conversation Hearts it ain't even funny!!!) Ready? Anyone else wanna join? Megan, You can still do light exercises. Just check with your doctor first before you start any exercise. You can join in anytime! Hopefully by the time you have your baby it will be a way of life for me and not a whine of life for me.

Clare - Count me in! I need some encouragement to get a steady exercise routine going! I haven't searched any sites before - but now I find this site. And this site. This is just offhand. From personal experience, I've found that leg lifts and legs stretches (both done while flat on your back) also exercise the tummy muscles. E-mail me - we'll get the improvement going!
