Confused
Its almost a daily issue with me...I have no "get up and go"! I'd rather stay in my jammies all day and not do anything. I need ideas/thoughts on how to boost my energy level to get me motivated again. vitamins...exercise...etc. All feedback will be greatly appreciated. Roll Eyes

I'm with Sherasi on this, there could be any number of reasons why you are tired, out of pep etc.

Though vitamins and light exercise will increase energy as long as you are taking and doing, you need to address the broader picture.

Even before you start a diet & exercise routine, you should get a physical check up and talk with your doctor first.

Anything from Rheumatoid Arthritis to cancer could be causing your tiredness - put in those terms perhaps you can see the importance of seeing a doctor.
