We've added a deck on the East face of our house and will be moving the main entrance to that side (The yutz who built the entry room before we bought the place put 2 doors in it,facing North and South, corresponding with the prevailing winds )... I've decided that I really, really want a french door, but other than double paned glass, I'm not sure what features I should be looking for or avoiding.

I'm pretty well in love with one door from Pella,that seems to be everything a person could want but it's a big chunk of change to invest without due consideration.

Any of my fellow Poolies know about doors?

(Installation with be the least of my worries, I have a very skilled carpenter on site)
