My son-in-law was painting the awning over my front porch and knocked over a can of bright blue oil-based paint. Some of it got all over my neighbor's( who already is not fond of me) sidewalk. Anyone know how to get this type of paint off of concrete? Any help would be totally appreciated. THANKS!

If the concrete has been sealed, it should come off with a concrete cleaner type material. (Keep word being should) If not, I think there is some kind of acid that works, but your best bet is to go to a construction type please and ask them... Go to a builders supply store or something like that, not a home depot or Lowes !!!

it might also help before powerwashing to liberally saturate the surrounding concrete with mineral spirits.
If this fails, I recommend "camoflaging" the residue by painting some remembrance to 9/11 or something whose political correctnness is unassailable in your locale - if your neighbor like animals, write "Support PETA" - like that kind of thing. This might work.
