Hi! Maybe some one can help me. I need to hang an unpasted border. When I check out the adhesive in the stores there isn't much for directions and the border I have doesn't have any. Some say to brush it on and it will dry in 15 minutes but to hang it in an hour. Others say to brush it on and then "book it" (fold it) and soak it in water.
Does any one know a sure way of doing this? Any help would be appreciated> Thanks!!

Check with the paint or wallpaper store. They have paste especially for foils and other slick finish papers that are extra sticky. You brush it on, fold or book and apply to the wall. Don't use water at all, and even pre-pasted papers can be brushed with an activator rather than dipping in water.
