I have a question, I just love lighting candles in my home to make it smell-MMMM-MMMMM-GOOD. What are the strongest brands out there? and what size is the best/more potent?
I've tried Yankee and Partlite and others but anyone have any other favorites or suggestions?
Whats your favorite scent?

Hi!!
I love candles too!! Believe it or not, one of my very favorite brands is GLADE. They don't ALL smell like a powder room; they are strong but not sickening. Unfortunately, they don't put the scent name on the label or bottom of the glass. I like the pink one and the blue one with the butterflies. I have a Yankee candle on my desk that is pretty, but doesn't smell like much. My other favorite is a magnolia candle that I bought at the mall - I think it was a Wick and Sticks store. Now that one smell wonderful all the time - especially when it's warmed by the sun.(I keep it near my living room window)It has quite a strong scent but, again, not sickening.
I found Partylite to have a light scent that never lasts long. cool

I sent to the kitchen to see what candle brand I had been enjoying lately and found that it was also GLADE! I'm not recommending it just because I bought some. I'm recommending it because the aroma is very strong but pleasing, and has recently covered some very unpleasant scents quite well.

I'd like to say I discovered something quite exotic. But it's Glade.

I get the vanilla scented
ones at Target. I cannot recall
the exact brand, it is something
along the line of "Richly Scented....".

I love Glade too! I like the Vanilla and the Mountain Berry. They are easy to relight since you don't have to dig for the wick. (Unlike party lite) I also use the glad plug-ins. They smell really good. smile

my favorite are the Yankee candles. I love the *Heather* scent. I also like the Jerome Privee gel candles (exclusive to Perfumania stores) I have a ton of those but my favaorite scent is SunLily.

I make my own candles, so I can scent them stronger than the store bought. But Yankee candle makes a lilac that I just love.
