Make sure you try this in the most inconspicuous part of the picture:
Depending on the type of finish the print has, you could try pressing it from the back, with a "low", dry (no steam) iron, between pressing cloths (not bath towels). If there are no ill effects, and it doesn't quite get the wrinkles out, you might try it again at a slightly higher heat setting.
If it has a glossy finish, this may not work so well. You might, also, try calling your local museum, to see if they might have some tips for you - at least, they might know where to direct you if they don't have restorers on site.
