I painted my kitchen and family room about about a year ago with semi gloss latex paint I would now like to change the colour and repaint. To change to eggshell finish do I have to sand the walls or anything? I'm thinking the new finish might not adhere to the semi gloss. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks. big grin

Saffy123 ,although I am not an expert , I would apply first a coat of flat white paint ,before any color or texture you want to use.I have done a lot of painting for myself and family ,and it was always how I did it.
