I need help. We got what was described as "the most expensive and best windows in the world" about 20 years ago. They have clouded over. We were told to drill tiny holes in the bottoms of the glass - we did. Broke a couple. Still cloudy. It looks like condensation between the glass.

Does anyone out there have any suggestions? Beside replacing them. We have 14 of them and all but two are this way.

I'd really appreciate any aid you can give.

Look up your warrantee. The seal has failed. Drilling tiny holes may allow the moisture to dissipate in time but totally destroys the insulating value of the double glazing.
