Part of the revenge thing is you have to be the executioner - its not fun waiting for time or somebody else to deal that blow. The second thing is that although back then you had strong feelings about him, you have moved on and time has taken the wind out of the sails so to speak. Love's opposite is NOT hate. Hate and love run down the same path of caring - the true opposite of love is indifference - lack of caring. We can say that you are out of love/hate with him now. All in all that is a good thing.

'Nother good thing: That you can be so nonchalant means that you let it go, and didn't dwell and obsess about how he done you wrong. That is really why your life is on track now. And that is why you deserve the good things. (Just seconding Dvd and MrsS.) Ummm, mind telling us how karma got him? (Inquiring minds want to know!) Or you can just tell me to MMOB!

You are too nice of a human being to really ENJOY someone else's pain.

Wildflower I do believe Dorian was right-that statement of yours is pretty funny. I asked a friend recently what they thought of the term Indifference and they replied it was a code word to them meaning "Silent Hatred" -well that was an interesting conversation we had that night
