I have been legally seperated since october of last year. I want a divorce. Could ANYONE please tell me what differences there are between being legally seperated or divorced in Spain.

Yes, I must second Juan's reply....Please seek out qualified legal counsel. Except to speak in very broad generalities, no ethical or competant lawyer would dare advise you in a venue like this. If you are a citizen of another country but living in Spain, you might ask your consulate for a referral to a lawyer who understands how the law applies to a multinational marriage.
