I have received several emails written in this strange language. I was wondering if any one can identify it. The subject line in the last email is "Где встречать Новый год?". It was sent from "Turizm". The body is as follows:

It's in Russian. The heading is something like "Where are you celebrating the new year."

You could check the country code of the telephone number, but the character set used is enough to distinguish it from other languages using Cyrillic letters, such as Ukrainian or Bulgarian.
