"Duck-billed koala" and "beebeekay". Both these terms crop up in a text about Australian animals. Any ideas, anyone? All the best

Hmm. "Duck-billed" normally goes with platypus ( http://www.pbs.org/kratts/world/aust/plat/ ). I've never heard of a duck-billed koala. I'm afraid I can't help you with "beebeekay".

Is your book published by or have any association with Birkbeck University in London? Birkbeck is sometimes abbreviated "BBK," especially on the web.

Sorry I have no suggestion whatsoever on the koala. I didn't know that koalas could have bills!
