The only sky shop I know of is the little book that allows you to shop while flying an airplane. I think it is called Sky Shop. The magazine is behind each seat in a pouch and the passengers use a phone on the plane to place an order.

Researching the net reveals that the commonest use of 'sky shops' is for what we'd call airport shops or 'duty free shops', shops at airports.It's that 'shopping mall' which works in league with carriers so they have you waiting in captivity for your flight, with only expensive or unnecessary shopping to do to pass the time
If the questioner meant ski shops then no wonder she's puzzled: she's in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia !. Duty free shops in that whole region can be quite the thing. The one in Dubai is so good that people have flights to and through Dubai set to allow enough time to do the shopping.
The second time she writes "sky shope". I wounder whether she means "ski slopes"? There seems just a little more scope there for writing an essay than subjects like "ski shop" or "sky shop" would afford. I suggest Cherry be asked to check the exact essay title she's been given and then post again.
