I just picked up a book from a box of
oddities I bought...I am pretty sure it
is about steel...but would like to know
exactly what the title means :

Stahl Im Hochbau : Handbuch für Entwurf,

"Steel Buildings: Manual of Design, Calculations, and Execution of Steel Structures."

Spit saw this, "Handbuch für Entwurf," and thought it was a Dog Owner's Manual.

Thanks Juan ! I think I will put it up
on e-Bay soon just to see if I can raise
a few bucks from it. It was printed in
1956 and is loaded with charts which seem
to be on tesnile strength and other
characteristics of extruded and other
formed steel. Again, thank you.
