Do you mean your Temporary Internet Files cache? If that is what you mean, it would be at this address:
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
Change the portion of the address named "owner" to your Windows login name. If you don't know what that is, right click on "My Computer" and choose "properties". Look to see who is listed as the registered owner. That is likely to be the same name you need.
If this is not what you're asking about, perhaps you could provide a bit of explanation about what you're trying to do and maybe we can figure out what you're trying find.
