If not, I suggest you download and install either the "Pro" or the free version of ZoneAlarm. Zone Labs You probably already know this, but for the benefit of others, you can delete "Temporary Internet Files" by: 1. Click Start 2. Click Settings 3. Click Control Panel 4. Click Internet Options If using Internet Explorer, you can just click the "Tools" menu, then "Internet Options". 5. Click General Tab (if not already open) 7. Click "Delete Files" button under "Temporary Internet Files" heading. I hope this helps! Dwight

I suggest you open your Zone Alarm and check what version number you have. The latest version is 3.1.395 Free program version, I don't know what the Pro version number is. If your version is older, I suggest you go to Zone Labs (link above) and get the newest version. If you do download a newer version, during the install it will ask you if you want to use your current set-up, or redo it. I suggest you choose to redo the setup. Then, as each "Program Alert" opens take careful note of what the program is. Give permission but don't click the "Remember" choice until you've determined that the program is not the culprit. I think you'll be able to narrow down the suspects one-by-one until you're left with the guilty party. If your Zone Alarm is up-to-date, you can redo all your selections and do the same thing. Just open the Zone Alarm program to the "Program Control" page, then left click on program in turn and set the "ASK" option. I hope this will help! Dwight
