i am trying to add pictures to emails i am sending using outlook express, but i cant figure out how.
under insert, the line that says picture is greyed out. any help?
i am on winxp if that helps.

First, to insert a picture into Outlook Express, the "Message Format" must be set to Rich Text (HTML). Do that in the Format menu.



Second, if the image you wish to insert is on your computer you have to "browse" for the file. If the image is located on the Web you can copy/paste it into the message.
