Posted Hide Post Take a look at this picture: Multi-media player It shows what the multimedia player window looks like. It may be located to the right side of the IrfanView window. I wonder if your player is opening, but you're not seeing the window because you're not sure what to look for. If this isn't the case, please post again. The window might be blocked by a pop up blocker or something like that. Dwight
