Hi,
This is my first time here, and I will be grateful for any help. My problem is the following.

I have a video card that supports two monitors, and I have two monitors connected to it. However, one of the monitors has a fuzzy and streaky screen, while the other one has a perfect and clear screen. Could the problem be the monitor, or the graphics card?

Yes, it could be the card. Have you tried reinstalling the driver? You can do that in the Device Manager. Right click on My Computer and choose Properties. Click the Hardware tab and then the Device Manager button.

Locate you adapter and right click on it, and choose "Uninstall". Restart your computer and the system will reinstall the driver on startup.

Hopefully this will solve the problem, but if not the following article may be helpful. It lists all the cards that are available for dual monitor use.

Microsoft-dual monitors

By the way, welcome to Answerpool. I hope you will like this forum.
