How do I set a "regular" signature for all my posts? Or, do I need to insert it manually every time I post?

Quite easy to do
Click on the "MySpace"box locate "Profile" on bottom of menu
In next window scroll down until you see City State Country this is where you can put your message/slogan which appears at the foot of your messages
To send/change it there is a button marked "Submit" toward the bottom of the page.
Note try not to go beyond 30-35 characters(including spaces)(My "Sig" is 24 characters long) then your Answer box becomes distorted And you'll get moaned at
Suggestion put your New signature in the box make a dummy topic post it then see if you can fill the box without causing "Scroll Bars" to appear (Trial & Error)
Delete the dummy topic when you are satisfied with the result
Forgot to add... It stays "fixed" until you want to change it

I don't see anything about a signature except insert!

I made a text file and saved it to my toolbar on the top of my desktop! I just copy and paste the link in to my post when I'm done where ever I'd like it! But an auto thing still would be faster! But I don't see it! HELP, THANKS!

Hi All:
I think the AUTO sig. feature hasn't been turned on here at AP. The UBB software allows this as an option to the Admin.
Check this site for an example. Click here.

As you see the posts, by shfwilf & jobie are using the auto-sig feature. These folks are serious computer people.

Knowing the crew here at AP this is probably a can of worms that KK best leave closed. *
Soon we'd be seeing sigs two pages long.

* note: "The only way to reclose an opened can of worms is to obtain a larger can"

I also use the method IVNJ mentions, I also have a .TXT file opened in notepad to COPY/PASTE my burger.gif sig.

Thanks Everyone! I assumed there was an automatic way (other than copy/pasting) to insert a signature...there is a little check box for it in the post/reply box. I'll just keep doing it manually...when I remember to. LOL



(I wonder when I'm going to remember that "right-clicking" doesn't work here?)

But why does a checkbox about signature exist in the reply window and the preferences if it does nothing! It must relate to something! Some auto something or the other!
