angela, there are a number of software applications that will allow you to save picture files in a number of formats. This site Eprint will let you try thier application for free. You will just need to save your jpeg file in a GIF format. If you have Microsoft Photo Editor or Powerpoint, you can save the file in either of those formats as well. Finally, you can use the Paint application in the accesories portion of Windows. Open paint and open your JPEG file, then go to File, Save As, and then under the file type save as GIF.
