2 Tsp white vinegar 1 1/2 Tsp fresh lemon juice 3/4 Tsp grated onion (not chopped, but grated into a "mush") 1 1/2 Tsp superfine sugar 1 1/2 Tsp Dijon mustard 1/4 Tsp dry mustard 1 Cup Mayonnaise 1 1/2 Tbl fresh chopped parsley 1 chopped hard boiled egg Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix lemon juice and vinegar - add sugar and stir to dissolve - add dry and dijon mustard. Mix in mayonaise, add salt & pepper. Stir in egg and parsley.
