look down a bit here in this forum - Tree posted the same request for Blue Cheese Dressing - Dogspit posted a URL for a recipe and Stanbee also posted a recipe. Wish I liked Bleu Cheese cause they both looked really yummy!!!

I have a recipe for Killer Blue Cheese Dressing that is so good my friend often pays me to make her some.

I got it off Top secret recipes site when ever they had message boards big grin

Sorry guys I haven't been on in a while



1 Clove Garlic
Pinch Dry Mustard
¼ Tsp Ground Black Pepper
TSP Onion Salt
Pinch White Pepper
1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
To Taste Tabasco
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Mayo
1 ½ Oz. Buttermilk
3 oz. Blue Cheese


Crush Garlic glove and dice.
Whisk all spices together in the Red Wine Vinegar; add sour cream, then mayo and then buttermilk. Then add the crumbled cheese.
Whisk till mixed.
Make sure you leave healthy sized chunks of cheese so your friends get that little surprise.
