The first thing I do when making this salad is to go and take a leak.....and dice it up in small pieces....actually, I really prefer green onions, but I had to get your attention somehow...(HAW HAW HAW)
Thaw Fresh frozen Pea Package in paper towels so the moister is absorbed.... Meanwhile, dice up green onions...whatever amount you like...
Dice up a couple stalks of celery....or less...whatever....
Sometimes I add some diced up water chestnuts...depends on the mood I'm in...
Sliced Almonds if the mood also strikes....
After the peas have thawed and all the excess moister is absorbed by the towels, mix the above ingridents together....
Next: NO SALT AND PEPPER....buttt, Grab you handy container of "CAVENDER'S" GREEK SEASONING... and sprinkle liberaly, or if you are a Republice , just put a hell of a lot in the mixture... (HAW HAW HAW ),,, and refrigerate...
Topping...or if you are an Ava Gardner fan, Mickey....(bet no one picks this one up )
Topping: Mix Ranch dressing up (buttermilk recipe) and add powder garlic, and parmasan cheese to it and fridge...
Put dressing top when served ( NOT BEFORE)
Even Non-Pea lovers like this one.... ___________________________________
