Easy Sweet & Sour Salad Dressing

goes especially well with Spinach Salad

Blend the following ingredients together thoroughly:

1 cup mayonnaise (Duke's if available in your area)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar

A modest amount of yellow mustard may be substituted for part of the mayonnaise for a bit different taste.

If you are on a low carb diet
Use your favorite sugar substitute, include a little mustard for part of the mayonnaise, and use only about 1/4 cup of the red wine vinegar (experiment with quantities to suit your taste).
