Does anyone have a fabulous recipe for creamy blue cheese dressing???

I used to have one.. but have since lost it!!

Once again.. that's BLUE cheese.. LOL

8 tb Sour cream

5 tb Mayonaisse

1 tsp red or white vinegar

4 tb Bleu or Blue in chunks

fresh Onion Juice and/or Garlic juice to taste (garlic press works)

fresh ground blk pepper

Combine first three. Add second three.

Thin with milk, half'n'half or cream. Let flavors marry, a few hours or overnight. Thin to desired consistency..

If you don't like it chunky, cream the cheese and gradually add the sour cream and mayo.

Some folks add L&P. I don't.
