1 1/3 c. long-grain rice 1/4 c. French salad dressing 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. finely chopped green onion 1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 8 oz. fully cooked ham, cut in julienne strips (1 1/2 c.) 1 c. sliced raw cauliflower 1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) frozen peas, cooked and chilled 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. thinly sliced radishes 1 casaba melon, chilled
Cook rice according to package directions. Toss with French dressing and chill. Combine mayonnaise, onion, curry, salt, mustard, and dash of pepper. Toss with rice then add ham and vegetablea... toss again. Cut melon in rings and remove seeds and rind. Put salad on top of melon.
