A couple of large plump tomatoes A small can of green chilies Black Olives to taste 3 scallions 2 gloves garlic A dash of red wine vinegar Fresh cracked black pepper Hot Peppers if desired (according to how spicy you want your salsa)
Dice all the above and place in a glass bowl stir a couple of times and cover tightly with aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator overnight...
Serve with white tortilla chips...
