16 ounces softened cream cheese 1 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce 1 red bell pepper, finely diced 1 onion. finely diced 6-8 ounces sliced & shredded pepperoni garlic powder to taste 8 to 10 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
** Other popular pizza toppings may also be added to taste
Mix cream cheese, tomato sauce & garlic powder, spread in 9x13 pan. Top with peppers, onion and pepperoni then cover with mozzarella cheese. You may save a few round sliced pepperoni slices to put on top of the mozzarella cheese.
***You may add other toppings if you like such as finely diced tomatoes, diced black olives, etc to taste.
Bake at 400 degrees F for about 10 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve with tortilla chips or other similar snack items. ________________________
