1 ripe avocado - soft to the touch but not squishy (I prefer the ones with rough black skin, but the smooth green ones are good too - just a little sweeter) 2 tsp minced lettuce 2 tsp minced tomato 1 tsp minced onion 1 tsp taco seasoning 1Tbsp milk If desired - salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Mash avocado thoroughly. Add other ingredients, mix well. (If mixture is too lumpy, it may be smoothed in a blender.) Makes about 1 cup guacamole.
Enjoy with tortilla chips or as a topping for chalupa or taco salad!
