I make this extra garlicky - - adjust if you don't like it so strong... 4 cloves peeled garlic 19 oz canned garbanzo beans (drain & reserve liquid) 1/2 cup sesame tahini 6 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt pepper to taste olive oil & paprika for garnish Puree garlic...add garbanzo beans and puree. Add tahini, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Slowly add the reserved liquid to desired consistency...
