INGREDIENTS:

1 large dill pickle
1 tsp salt
1/4 sweet onion
1 tbsp fresh dill, trimmed and chopped OR 1 tablespoon dill weed
1 tbsp horseradish, grated
freshly ground black pepper
4 tbsp mayonnaise

PREPARATION:
Chop pickle. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
