hey guys. if you have a good salsa recipe i could use one. i just harvested all my tomatoes and would like something to do with them. got a bigger than normal crop and am in danger of a tomato take over ____________________

1 Combine all and enjoy! 2 Tastes better the second day after flavors have a chance to combine

Ten Tomatoe's Ten jalapeno pepper's Five onion's A half cup white vinegar
In a grinder or blender add the first three items grind until semi smooth but not puree put in a bowl. To the bowl add your vinegar mix well and add a teaspoon of black pepper. Let chill for an hour. wink Enjoy Beth

PICO DE GALLO 4 MED, RIPE TOMATOES SEEDED AND FINE DICED 1 LG WHITE ONION FINE DICED 4 FRESH JALAPENOS SEEDED AND FINE DICED 1/4 CUP FINE CHOPPED CILANTRO 2 TBS VINEGAR(FOR VARIATION TRY WITH LEMON OR LIME JUICE.)
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A GLASS OR PLASTIC BOWL AND LET SIT AN HOUR. COVER AND REFRIDGERATE ANY LEFTOVERS. USE ON EGGS, SANDWICHES, SALADS AS A SIDE DISH WITH GRILLED FISH, PORK, CHICKEN OR BEEF. WARNING!! THIS DISH IS SPICY Eek
