1 package (8 ounces) of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 can of crabmeat (6 ounces)
2 tablespoons of grated onion
1 tablespoon of milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
Green onions or parsley for garnish

1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, crabmeat, onion, milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well. Place mixture in an oven-proof casserole bowl.

2. Place the bowl in the oven at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until completely heated. Take out of the oven and sprinkle with green onions and/or parsley.

Serve with bread sticks, celery or whatever you like!

wow.. that sounds yummy.... smile

You know, I bet if you put some of that into mushroom caps and broiled it on a lower temp for a few minutes with a bit of parm on the top as a topping, it would be a nice Hors D'oeuvre.

Tree -- just wanted to let you know that your creamy crab dip was a big hit at my friend's new year's eve party. My fiance's mom asked me to make her a batch for her new year's day party the next afternoon. Tasty and easy -- my kind of recipe!
