2 cans bean dip 8 oz. sour cream Salt 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 envelope taco seasoning 3 ripe avocados Lemon juice 1 c. chopped green onions 1 can chopped ripe olives 1/2 lb. grated cheese Doritos corn chips or tortilla chips 2 med. tomatoes, chopped
Spread bean dip on a platter. Mash avocados in a bowl. Add salt and lemon juice to taste. Spread on top of bean dip. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread on top of avocados. Sprinkle on olives and onions. Top with cheese and tomatoes.
