Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
1 package cream cheese
1 bottle hot sauce sauce (Use Durkee's Frank's Louisiana, Crystal, or a house brand. Do not use Tabasco.)
16 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
2 pounds shredded cooked chicken (breast and/or thigh)

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, sauce (to taste), and shredded chicken. Spread mixture over the bottom of a pan. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top. Place in oven at 350 degrees until cheese is completely melted.

Serve warm with chips, small pieces of lightly toasted bread, or crackers.
