does anyone have a good salsa recipie to make? ive just picked all my tomatoes and would like to make soemthing out of them and salsa seemed like a good idea

are you looking for a recipe to make fresh salsa or are you looking for one for canning?

This is a fresh salsa recipe:

8 tomatoes, diced
1 onion, finely chopped
3-4 cloves of garlic chopped
4 jalapenos, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon sugar
salt & pepper to taste

combine all ingredients and serve at room temperature with tortilla chips

I have a recipe for canning too - but it is more like a spicey tomato salsa than anything else (I prefer fresh).
