Cucumber-Cheese Dip

1 medium cucumber
1 (3 oz.) pkg cream cheese
1 TBSP horseradish
½ tsp. chili powder
¼ cup sour cream, optional
salt to taste

Peel cucumber. Cut in cubes, place in blender, beat until pureed. Add cream cheese, horseradish and chili powder, blend until creamy. Add sour cream, if thinner dip is preferred. Add salt to taste.

This dip is good with either veggies or chips.
