Posted mix together equal parts sour cream, mayonaise and cream cheese. spread on bottom of glass pie plate (dont use a metal one... the dip tends to taste metalic if you do) spread salsa over cream mixture, sprinkle with green onion, grated cheese, and ground beef (optional). dip in and enjoy.
