If 'diurnal' means 'daily' in that phrase, then wouldn't it be 'chronic fatigue reversal'?
Alternatively, if 'diurnal' means 'during the day' it implies the need to distinguish this fatigue from 'nocturnal fatigue' - doesn't just about everyone have that?

Diurnal fatigue is being tired during the day.
I would guess that diurnal fatigue reversal refers to eleiminating that daytime fatigue, but I don't know for sure.

Well, it's sort of silly. I've noticed that I'm tired all the time. I wake up tired, I spend the whole day feeling like I need a nap (and take naps when I can), and I always fall into bed thinking there is nothing better in the world than bedtime. I'm under 30, so it seems to me that this is strange. If it were socially acceptable, I'd probably choose to sleep above just about every other activity I could choose to do ("What are your hobbies?" "Well, I'm really into sleeping."). Since there really aren't any other problems, I'm not thinking about seeing a doctor, but it is sort of annoying to never feel like I'm fully awake. Out of curiosity, I googled "tired all the time" and found a site that suggests checking for other symptoms. I don't have any of the other symptoms mentioned. The only one I was unsure about was "diurnal fatigue reversal." I'm still not sure what it is, but I'm starting to think it means feeling tired in the morning but being unable to sleep at night. This doesn't describe me, since I'm tired ALL the time - night, morning, mid-morning, noon, mid-afternoon and mid-evening! If anyone has any other insight, I'd love to hear it!

To paraphrase an old cliche, Anyone who Googles his/her own diagnosis, has a so-and-so for a doctor, AND a so-and-so for a patient. Woman, get thee to a qualified diagnostician ! God knows what you might be suffering from, even if you sort of enjoy it. I, for one, would like to keep you around, and awake.

Inquiry through a professional sounds like a good idea. Meanwhile, some links on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, if they have any bearing whatsoever on your symptoms: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome from the Centers for Disease Control. CFIDS Association of AmericaInformally, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome has been called the "Yuppie Flue" - reason enough to get rid of it!
