I'm trying to whittle down the number of charities to which I donate and I was wondering if there was a sort of umbrella stem cell research charity. Not necessarily stem cell research for paralysis or stem cell research for Parkinson's or stem cell research for Alzheimer's, but stem cell research for everything, one to which I could give and have all causes benefit. Is there such an organization?

Bedford Stem Cell Research Foundation looks promising.
"Mission Statement: Bedford Stem Cell Research Foundation is a biomedical institute which exists to conduct stem cell and related research for diseases and conditions which currently have no effective methods of treatment or cure."

How You Can Help:
Support the BSCRF by joining a network of hundreds of donors helping to shape the future of science and medicine. Financial contributions can be designated for specific programs such as stem cell or prostate research, or can go toward general research and operating costs.
