I think that your information is false. More than 60% most certainly do not take liberal positions, and issues are far too varied to ever make such a statement.

The root of liberalism today seems to be diverse population centers. Port cities have always had diverse populations, and liberal strongholds are all port cities: New York, Miami, San Francisco, LA, Seattle.

I think conservatives underestimate the depth of loyalty to liberal views in these cities, and it will take a considerable shift in issues before liberals ever drop below a 1/3 representation in the country.

(Such a shift is taking place right now before our eyes, and liberals have only themselves to blame. Liberals stand for many very worthy causes--this coming from a deep psychosis conservative--yet they doubt themselves and rely on dirty, knife-fight, character assassination tactics to spread their gospel. Nobody responds to that, and will rebel on principle alone.)

Earth to aminator2002: Karl Rove has a security clearance. Perjury is the only thing he can be indicted for, and it will never happen without repeated fishing expeditions before cherry picked grand juries.

The harvest for democrats will be abomination among voters. We don't like games like that when they threaten national security or daily operations.
