What specifically was he charged with? I hear many unrelated stories coming from his trial. What can he be convicted of?

Oh you know what - those were the 2003 charges. The charges I listed are what came about after the April 2004 indictment.

The difference is the charges have increased as time as passed. I believe what you posted were initial charges.

Actually I think the false imprisonment and extortion charge is one of the newer ones, perhaps filed the beginning of the year. The family of the boy he is accused of molesting claim he kept them in his guest house not of their free will and then promised to pay them off if they didn't charge him with molesting their son..who was staying with him in his house.
