You question is not easy to answer, mainly because some countries may accept it under certain conditions only and forbid it on others.Or some part of a country may favorize it ,but in some other part refuse it .As an exemple take Ireland.

In the elections, Irish voters approved measures guaranteeing access to information about abortion and legalizing foreign travel to get an abortion, but rejected a constitutional amendment that would have broadened the availability of abortion within the republic. However, these changes were not supported by a July 1993 Irish Supreme Court decision, which upheld a ban on the distribution of overseas abortion information by a Dublin clinic.

Switzerland, has also some special provisions concerning abortion.These are just exemples.I'm sure there are many others.
