1. I need the current federal laws dealing with penalites for those who violate the laws of radiation emission (The Radiation Protection Act.) and if possible, an evaluation of the penalties' effectiveness.
2. I need to know the current detection methods of radiation which inspectors use to determine safe vs. dangerous emission, and if there are any problems with these current methods.
3. I need a summary of info pertaining to the current United States' restrictions of how nuclear weapons research is to be conducted and tested.
Sorry for being so needy today, but I searched for this stuff and couldn't find much (probably just a problem with how I do searches). Any help, even if just a response to one of my questions, would be GREATLY apprectiated. Thanks so much!

Sarah, I wish I was an expert and had answers to all of your questions!
Have you tried the Nuclear Regulatory Commission site? A number of topics are discussed at its site, including Enforcement. The enforcement section provides an enforcement program overview, as well as cases of significant enforcement action.

depending on how badly you want to know you can post on answers.google.com and put your money where your mouth is and probably someone who knows will help you out.
