I usually open stuff to see what it might be. Especiall when it doesn't look like obvioius spam and I want to check to make sure it's not something. Nothing ever happens so eh.

I wouldn't intentionally open it- EVEN if it something I am interested in. I don't want to encourage them. I have heard they sometimes can tell if the email has been opened. (I don't trust any of it)
If I'm not sure its spam, I click properties and check the source. The WORST thing is to unsubscribe to anything. It verifies your address!

Tree, Is that the most recent version of Mailwasher you have, or the older version thats compatible with Hotmail? I had the older one, and lost it, now I cant find a copy of it again.

Tree, Thanks, but its not quite what I was looking for. I'd like to find the older free version with support for Hotmail in it. I know its hard to find as I've gone crazy to find it myself. Thanks for trying though, I appreciate it!

Matches my OE or WAB Windows Adress Book entries and if no match. Well then see ya. Bub-eye. And straight from program so the rest stays on the server and can be viewed on any machine. POP3 mail.
