Shouldn't those be kbps? If not, I want to find out what the guy getting over 1 GBps is using  Anyway, I ran a few tests at work, highest was 11 Mbps, lowest was 7 Mbps (at home, I typically get 50-53 kbps, how depressing).

Ewood - type connection speed test into Google and you'll get quite a few sites that will let you check your actual connection speed and see if it measures up to what you are paying for.
